Marketing Pilot is a marketing automation platform built by HustlAI Lab. It helps users generate brand positioning, marketing content, and campaign assets.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Business Ownership & Authorization

By submitting business information during onboarding (including name, industry, location, address, phone number, description, audience, and any other details), you represent and warrant that you own the business, are employed by it, or have been contracted or otherwise authorized by it to use that information to generate marketing content through the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use, publish, and distribute any content generated from the information you provide. You agree to indemnify and hold HustlAI Lab, Marketing Pilot, and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from a breach of this representation, including any impersonation of a business or misuse of a third party's brand, name, or identity.

Contact fields such as business address and phone number are collected strictly for account, billing, and support purposes and are not used as inputs to generated marketing content.

6. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

HustlAI Lab retains all rights to the Service and its underlying technology. Content you generate through the Service is yours, subject to these Terms and our Privacy policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, HustlAI Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
